The communal table setting encourages sharing and discovering new dishes, making it a perfect spot for both casual lunches and lively dinners.

Frequent guests rave about the generous portion sizes, making it an excellent destination for groups or those who like to share diverse plates. The lamb platter and beef rolls add variety beyond noodles, providing hearty options that deepen the culinary journey here.

Typical 蘭州拉麵 (north west Chinese noodles) Lamb platter is tasty in terms of value. Beef roll is somewhat delicious. Wide noodle has a special taste after chewing. Overall, I would recommend this place.

A good place for having authentic China Chinese hand pulled noodles. We had the spicy dry noodles, beef soup noodles along with appetiser of cold dish pig's ear and wonton. The noodle Portion was too big for one person. Next time, I would order 1 noodles for sharing and called more delicacy dishes. Overall food was good especially the spiciness is mostly from the sichuan pepper -mala.

One of the six locations in the Bay Area. The menu may have small variation from location to location! Service is very nice, very patient and friendly to answering our questions. The only way to order is to scan a QR code. The online menu will show the picture of what you are ordering. My wife likes the thin noodles but I like the thick ones. We both get our noodle fix for sure tonight. The portion is decent and all the noodles we ordered are flavorful. We need to come back soon!

The food is authentic and reminiscent of Northern China cuisine. I am very surprised how uniform in size and shape the hand pulled noodles are. They must be made by a chef with decades of experience. The broth of the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup was the best with a unique flavor. The dumplings are a little salty and the chili oil for the Spicy Wanton is not very spicy. For the price, they give a reasonably good portion. Overall, it is an average good Chinese place that is worth a return to try the different types of noodles. The staff are excellent and treat their customers well. They forgot one of our dishes and when we came back to grab it, they apologized and threw in a Shredded Potato Salad for us free of charge. Thanks!

Noodles cooked perfectly. Choose from 6 different widths. Pig Ear and Tofu w/preserved egg recommended. Slight Sichuan on the pig ear but not overpowering. Flat noodles with ground pork were a nice non-spicy option for kids. Also ordered the intestine noodle soup, which was delightful. Def coming back here again.

Got the rib noodle soup with large flat noodles. The noodles were nice and chewy and the broth was good. I do wish I had paired a different noodle size with this broth, though. Because the noodles were so big, the broth didn't quite stand up to it. I would go with a medium or small round noodle with the noodle soup. This large flat noodle would probably go really well with one of the dry dishes.

3/3/2024 @ 11:30am, you can get different size noodles. No physical menus. Use your cell phone with QR code to order. Would have been nice where patrons can see the noodle pulling techniques.
